MoDAL Berlin
During 2013 we began a collaboration with German customer experience and service innovation agency, Work Play Experience, to explore the intersection of Service Design, Agile Methodology, Lean and Lean Startup.
MoDAL kicked off with a one-day workshop at Agora Collective in Berlin where people with a variety of backgrounds and perspectives gathered to discuss the theories and practicalities of working across the different fields. MoDAL is an ongoing project. Find out more by visiting modalproject.com.
